We believe that sarcasm is the language of the superior intelligence. It is something that does not come easy, especially now when we are in the day and age of smartphones and dumb people. This is where our scare lies, if people start becoming dumber by the day, they won’t understand and appreciate sarcasm.

In order to make future generations smarter and flippant we are supporting an initiative called Chalk Circle.

Chalk circle is an initiative by homemaker Rashi Mittal to help explore, develop and nurture the extra-curricular skills of 5-9 year old children.

Chalk Circle is inspired by the strong parental emotions drawn from the famous German play The Caucasian Chalk Circle by Bertolt Brecht and is backed by Smita Kharbanda from Eco Kids, Sherin Mathews from Story Nest, Nilum Jajodia, Rajiv Raj, Mr. Dave, Yashita and the Dhyan Foundation.

“Chalk Circle is an innovative learning experience for children designed and developed by a ‘mother’ who can know a child more than a mother. My best wishes to Ms Rashi Mittal” Says Manoj Bajpayee (actor / director).

“At ecokids we provide various growing experience to the urban child. Looking forward to being associated with chalk circle as we love their concept of enhancing the kid’s creativity through various non formal mediums” says Smita Kharbanda.

“Chalk circle is going to be an enriching experience for kids catering to different modalities in fun and play way method” says Yashita Lalpuria, who would analyze your child’s inborn talent.

Rashi’s motivation to start this initiative is the lack of a wholesome nurturing program for her own son. While she would love for him to explore such avenues there simply was not one place which had it all. “My father in law K K Mittal inspired me to start The Chalk Circle to emotionally connect our children back to our roots and bring out their inherited genes by giving them a free mind environment.”

Starting on the 5th of September at Lokhandwala, Andheri with the enrichment program on Saturdays 11-3 pm and the field trips on Sundays.
